Educational tool only
FutureGauge provides general educational estimates. It does not provide financial product advice, personal advice, tax advice, legal advice or credit assistance. It does not consider all of your objectives, financial situation or needs.
No recommendation or guarantee
Results are scenarios based on inputs and simplified assumptions. They are not forecasts, promises, recommendations to acquire or dispose of a financial product, or guarantees of retirement outcomes. Actual tax, super, HELP, investment and social-security outcomes may differ materially.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking your inputs, reviewing the model assumptions and obtaining appropriately licensed professional advice before making financial decisions. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Availability and changes
We may correct, change, suspend or discontinue parts of FutureGauge without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation will remain current after laws or thresholds change.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureGauge and its operator exclude liability arising from reliance on estimates or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
The FutureGauge name, design and original website content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the calculator for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or resell the service without permission.
